What is a Digital Item and How Soon Can I Get It?

A digital item is the original high-resolution image of your custom product, which you can print yourself. It is typically provided in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, optimized for high-quality printing.

We will send the final image to your email within 12 to 24 hours after you approve the draft.

When Will I Receive My Custom Product?

If you ordered a customizable product such as a painting from a photo, custom maps, or soundwave art, we usually deliver the ready digital product within 12-24 hours. The physical items will arrive depending on your location and the delivery method you chose at the checkout.

What If I Need My Order for a Time-Sensitive Event (Birthday, Wedding, Engagement gift)?

If you need your personalized product quickly, we offer digital items that you will receive within 24 hours, allowing you to print them yourself.

If you prefer a ready-to-gift printed product, simply select Express Delivery at checkout to ensure faster shipping.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery issues or other reasons, please send a clear photo of the damaged product to jainstyles.orders@gmail.com. Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

What is Your Return Policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at jainstyles.orders@gmail.com regarding any issues with your order.

For printed items, we send a draft for your approval via email before printing. Once you confirm the design, we proceed with printing. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind requests after the item has been printed and shipped. This is why we ensure you have the opportunity to review and approve your order before finalizing it.

However, if you are not satisfied with the digital result you receive via email after purchase, you can request a refund, and we will process it accordingly.
